If you need a Realtor, I would definitely recommend using Daniel Shaff. Being first time buyers we had no idea what we were getting into or how extensive of a process buying our home would be. Daniel took the time right from the very beginning to sit down and explain the entire process. It was a lot of information but he continued to help walk us through every step of the process and did an amazing job of keeping everybody involved in the transaction on the same page and made sure that we closed on time. Following a singularly lackluster experience with my initial agent, Daniel stepped up to the plate in an OUTSTANDING way. He listened attentively and had cogent suggestions or alternatives for various issues. He was very knowledgeable in the broad geographical areas I was interested in, innovative in negotiating, aggressive in seeking a property meeting my needs and desires, and patient and kind when the hectic state of the current market got me down. He even led me to an exceptionally professional lender who guided me through the labyrinth of the loan process. Because of the market conditions, the lengthy and often frustrating search involved multiple bid situations (both for me and the homes I picked), but Daniel was ALWAYS patient, considerate, approachable, and most of all available on a moment's notice to show a property. He is a go-getter, extremely professional and highly motivated and I highly recommend him to anyone seeking a new home. He is the best decision you can make for the largest purchase of your life.
