•We were very lucky to have James represent us in what was a very stressful time…selling our home after we had moved out of the area. Naturally we had to deal with HOA violations before we could transfer a clear title. While the violations were nothing more than a move to "justify their existence" the work had to be done. We had already moved out of the area and to our surprise, James stepped up and took the lead to help us find quality vendors and further, he essentially project managed the whole process. How many Real Estate Agents do you know that would take on that responsibility? James also helped me clean out stuff from the house. I am 61 and having James offer to help and even take stuff to the dump was way beyond what I would expect from a RE Agent. Again, how many RE Agents do you know that would do this? Looking at other traits, James is VERY knowledgeable about the RE market. James was also very good at keeping us grounded during the whole process. Finally, the most important part of our transaction was the trust that we were able to quickly build with him. James is not only a very qualified, fight for your best interests RE Agent, he is also a genuine good guy. If you are looking to buy or sell a home, we highly recommend using James. Great representation and trust.
