•Five stars is not enough! We’ve worked with Steve Baker on-and-off for years and cannot say enough good things about the experience. But it’s what happened this summer that really stands out. We bought an older waterfront property which we knew needed some seemingly straightforward restoration. To make a long story short, there were complications no one could anticipate – e.g. public records turned out to be incorrect – which could have tied us up in a very messy and protracted situation. Most realtors would have simply walked away at closing. Roche Realty did not. Frank Roche and Steve Baker took it upon themselves to facilitate an amicable resolution of all the issues. To paraphrase an old Standard Oil commercial, you can expect more from Roche Realty – and you’ll get it!
