Spoke to Diane about selling, met with her the following day. Diane set up a photo shoot 2 days later, on Monday October 3rd around noon time, my house appeared on the market, had 3 showings that day and by noon time on Tuesday the 4th I accepted an offer. Diane then took the time to make sure everything for closing was set up and on the right track. There was a few things from inspection that needed to be taken care of and she had the people in place to make this happen before closing, even when there was a little mishap, it was straightened right out with no issues what so ever. My closing was within a month of putting my house on market, everyone met after the signing and congrats were given all around, very happy occasion. The fact that Diane and Roberts knowledge about real estate and that fact that they enjoy what they do makes this easy. Thank you again Diane, two parties now start the next adventure in the journey, please continue being as personable and knowledgeable as you are so others can benefit from your service as I have.

When we decided to relocate to the Ocala area I got a referral to Roberts and when the agent I was referred to was unavailable she had Diane get in contact with us. We could not be more pleased with how she handled our needs. Since we were coming from out of town and had limited windows Diane was able to quickly compile a varied list of homes that covered the range of properties and prices we were interested in. In this dynamic market (this was April - May of this year when properties were disappearing as fast as they were listed) she was extremely flexible and able to make sure we didn't waste time chasing after unsuitable locations although she did show us everything we wanted to see. After our brief initial visit we were able to do a little more research compile a list and vet it with Diane who also was gathering listings the matched our requirements and returned 10 days later. Diane arranged 30 showings in <5 days and we were able to make an offer - below asking in mid-May when the market was on fire - and it was accepted the following day. We closed less than 30 days later!Diane is a consummate professional who helped us realize something we had been wanting to do for the past year in less than 1 month! She really knows the area well and her expertise helped maximum our limited time we had while in the area house hunting.

This was the first time buying my home ALONE. A big move for me because I was downsizing and selling everything to buy this cute ready to move in home 600 miles away from my hometown. We met several times during my visit to this soon to be my forever home. With Diane's help I closed remotely. Diane's teamwork, her partnerships, her patience, and her advise made buying my forever home a breeze. IT WAS STRESSFUL for me but she assisted step by step all the way with phone calls, text messages, videos and emails. She answered all of my concerns and questions during the process.
