•Diana helped my wife and I with the purchase of our second home while we were out of state. She went out of her way to show us different available properties either through video or through family members in the area. She worked with our best interests in mind and represented us well when dealing with the seller's realtors and following up with lender and title company to ensure a timely closure. Would do business with again.

We actually picked Katrina "by chance" and we came to know that it was in fact, "providential" for she did a fantastic job for us. She listed our house quickly and had a terrific photographer do a glorious 40 shot presentation. On the first day, we got 4 greater than asking price offers. We accepted what we thought to be the best, but they backed out on the day they were due to post their escrow. Undaunted, Katrina had us back on the market the next day and we had another set of 4 better than asking offers. This time we had a completely smooth, 30 day to close. At age 76, I'm not planning on that there's another sale/purchase in my future, but if that came about, Katrina will be my first call! I can't imagine using anyone else.
