First, I would like to preface my review by stating that Jeanette is a much better realtor than I am a shopper. As someone who can agonize days and weeks over reviews on small purchases online, or ask anyone I know what the think of a product, buying a house was quite daunting for me. Jeanette was very understanding and never showed frustration or impatience during the entire process, as I could be picky or indecisive. She probably showed 10-12 houses to me over multiple days, from South Daytona to New Smyrna, and she was very knowledgeable on the location's pluses and minuses. This was extremely helpful in the decision making, buying a home is already stressful. Jeanette was also instrumental in my house purchase by walking me through the process even when I was overseas for much of it. I can honestly say that without her help and professional work ethic, I would most likely not own my current property.

I began dealing with Alex several months before I was ready to relocate from NY to FL. He kept me updated via email about new listings in my preferred neighborhood, and made contact via phone during the time I had indicated I would be in Florida to ask me if he could show any properties to me in person. As it turned out, there was one property in particular that I was very interested in seeing, and I ended up purchasing. Alex is a go-getter without being pushy, and I felt very comfortable and immediately trusted him. He made certain that all of my real estate needs were met, answering all of my questions, accompanying me during the building inspection, and including recommending contractors for needed updates in my new home. He kept me well-informed by phone and text during the buying process, including negotiations and escrow paperwork. I felt truly cared for. I highly recommend Alex if you are looking for a home in the Cocoa/Rockledge area. And if one day I decide to sell my Florida home, the first person I will call is Alex.

Working with Kirstie compared to other realtors we worked with was like a breath of fresh air! She is kind and personable and really understands what she does. She's very knowledgeable about the areas we were searching for properties. She went WELL ABOVE and BEYOND with video tours of properties (we were relocating to the area).
