Paula was great! She really worked hard for our family. She was always available and kept the lines of communication open. She listened to what we needed and delivered every time. She answered every question I had and worked well with the other realtor. If there was an issue, she hard efficiently and effectively to fix it. Charlotte? North Port? Punta Gorda? I had loose ideas as to what "my musts" were . . . a pool, tile floors, Zone X and knew what I did not want . . . on a major road, not something that would require a lot of repairs, not next to overgrown lot . . . Laurie was thorough in talking with us on a variety of other issues that never crossed our minds, helping us to find the right house. She listened and put together selections she thought we would like, based on our conversations, and she also followed through on leads we found. We visited many homes and her keen eye helped us notice the good and not-so-good with each visit. We wavered on two selections and she represented our interest way beyond what we expected. Then we found "the house". She helped us negotiate with the owners and helped us meet with them so we could discuss all the important things about the home that we needed to know once we would move in. She helped us navigate through unknown lingo on the contract and the home inspection report. She was always available for a phone call, any day and any time. Her calendar was always opened for us, at our convenience, to see another property. She was honest, and treated us like friends and not clients. Thank you, Laurie, we are going to love it here!

Paola helped me sell my first home. She came to the house enthusiastic and well prepared, and every interaction I had with her after that was awesome.
