After first working with another realtor/lender combo and being drug along because I clearly wasn't a priority client, I moved on. Thankfully so! Working with Maribel to source the right property and use as a go between with the sellers was seamless. She is a delight to talk with and she took the time to understand my needs/goals. Provided me video walk through's when I couldn't make it due to work and followed up. Was presented time frames and they were adhered to. Communication was consistent and her rec. lender, Alex, was great to work with as well. I look forward to working with them again on the next property.
