Randall did a fantastic job in helping us find our new home. He was very easy to work with and stayed in communication with us through out the process. We moved from Louisiana to Florida and had to make several trips before finding the right home. We were in the market for new construction and Randall was able to quickly set up meetings with builders to view the models we selected. We really appreciated having Randall as our Florida liaison. Margaret 's knowledge regarding Real Estate was exceptional. She went above and beyond to make sure we understand every aspect of our purchase. She guided us through every step of USA real estate regulations and laws as we were not familiar with them being Canadian Snowbirds. Margaret was patient with us showing us over 30 properties in a three week period. She would contact us in the evening with potential properties to view and meet us promptly at chosen location whenever it was convenient to us. Her friendly demeanor and easy going personality made the showings enjoyable. She was a joy to work with.

I have dealt with other realtors who were awkwardly anxious which in turn made me a nervous wreck during an already challenging process. One particular realtor misguided me and the 10K deposit was lost! My experience with Maribel was completely different. From beginning to end she was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She is super sweet, relatable and knowledgeable all around. She is persistent without being annoying, professional and compassionate. Maribel does whatever it takes to get the job done! Also, you can rest assure that she holds true to her word and even has an assistant who stays on top of all her clients/ deadlines. Not only do I look forward to using her services again with future real estate purchases but I’m excited to build on a genuine friendship with Maribel as well. =)

Daniel knows a lot about home construction and was excellent at looking out for our interest. He had a good, aesthetic sense too. He was always honest about caveats for certain homes. All totaled, we looked at about 30 homes. He was patient and understanding. He knew what prices were reasonable and which were off. He stayed on top of communication and helped us through the closing process. He was willing to go above and beyond expectations by helping us with a mal-functioning problem with our Pela window screens in our new villa, as one example. He was never pushy, just professional. Kudos to Daniel!
