Melissa did a great job throughout the entire home buying process - and I’m a hard grader. She was very responsive, working with all of the parties involved - seller’s agent, insurance agents, mortgage loan officer, the HOA, local government and inspectors - to keep the process moving forward. This was particularly challenging as we went under contract to by a home in Clearwater just before it was impacted by hurricanes Helene and Milton. Melissa was very knowledgeable and helpful, quickly getting answers to all of our questions and always staying a step ahead of the game. She was a very clear communicator with phone calls, emails, texts and in person. There wasn’t anything that we threw at her that she didn’t handle quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend Melissa to anyone in the area!
