I worked with Ron he sold my condo, and it sold quickly, he was right there if I needed him, he called back whenever I left my message and we work together on buying my new home, my experience for fun was he was pleasant and experienced.

She was awesome
Christina drove around the world and chartered a spaceship to help us find our house. We were in AZ and she was able to help us pick the right house in this crazy market. We paid asking price and did not have to get into a bidding war due to her hard work. She also did the same thing to help my Parents. Forever indebted.

Ron Espittia is a wonderful agent! No only a very experienced agent, Ron went above and beyond to help me find the house I was looking for. Since I was buying a home in another state, Ron did the leg work for me, viewing houses in many locations throughout Florida and either FaceTiming me or giving me verbal feedback. He made my experience wonderful. I highly recommend Ron Espittia to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. He will be my go to agent in the future!

Great agent
We were very happy with buying and selling our house using Jamie as our agent! She responded quickly to our calls and answered any questions we had. She always made time in her schedule for us whenever we wanted to go see a house. She made selling our house seem easy and also purchasing our new home. She’s very personable and we were very comfortable with her, feeling like we had a new friend.

Loved working with Jamie
We spent a week in Clearwater looking at condos with Jamie. It was a fantastic week and my wife and I had a great time. I would like to consider Jamie a friend and someone to keep in touch with. She was a perfect Real Estate agent in every way. She was knowledgeable on the area we were looking. She was prompt and a lot of fun to be with. We went in places and she pointed out things that my wife and I were missing. If I had a question on-line, she would get back to me ASAP. I bought a place site unseen but she was kind enough to go in and do a live video with me, so that I could see what I was buying. We were not buying an expensive condo but Jamie took the time with me as if it were a million dollar sale. I don't know what else to say but that if you are looking to buy, you would be crazy not to use Jamie. My wife and I love her to pieces. Thanks! for everything Jamie. You are A++++.

Wonderful realtor!
Jamie helped us buy our house when we moved to the area from out of state. She went above and beyond from our first interactions that we had to give me a such information as she could, answer my questions and provide us guidance. Jamie treated us more like family than she did clients. We are very grateful to her for helping us find our beautiful home.

Ron was a very good real estate person.
Ron was our agent during a time when the real estate market was very hot. He responded to all of our calls, and made helpful comments about our requirements. Unlike other agents we have used from time to time,he was easy to contact and was almost always available quickly.

Like Family
Ricardo has been searching for homes with my family and I for over a year. He has been patient, kind and tolerant. Meeting our ridiculous demands with no complains. We tend to forget relators also have daily lives and although I have invaded his plenty times he was never indifferent about it. I would recommend him ten times over. He is a great person to work with and is very professional. Best experience working with him.
