We just closed on our first Florida property, and we couldn't have imagined doing it this quickly and smoothly without the support and guidance from our realtor Katya Odintsova. We feel that finding Katya in a sea of realtors on the Internet was truly a blessing. From the initial phone call with her to interview Katya and why we should use her as our realtor, rather than try to purchase a home by ourselves, she has proven her worth tenfold in this process. We are both working professionals and had limited time to spend on all of the elements necessary to successfully bid, obtain financing, and ultimately close on the property. Katya was there for us every step of the way, giving us guidance and keeping us on task to ensure a successful win on the bid (which had multiple bidders). She was also instrumental in the negotiations post-bid, and navigated us through some challenges that presented themselves a few days before closing.
