I think we were lucky to find Melissa. Firstly she has great contacts/network and was able to get us all the help we needed very quickly. The process went by in record time. She also helped us work with the sellers to get the price to what we thought was reasonable. Most of all though I appreciate her patience with our endless requests and questions. She is thoroughly knowledgeable about the real estate business, diplomatic, calm, easy to do business with and a relationship builder. However, she went over and above what I would expect of my real estate agent. For example we were moving from out of state and she organized the cleaning service for us, went to the house to let the cleaners in and then met us to give us the keys on a Sunday at a time that suited us. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she is nice too! All in all, we rate her very highly and have no trouble recommending her.
