We recently found the perfect house for our family right in our own backyard. Of course, it was going to go fast and we needed to sell our house just as fast. Thankfully, that's the only speed Renee and her team work. My offer was accepted within hours and my house was sold just as quickly. She had stagers in my house on Wednesday, pictures on Thursday, listing on Friday evening and an executed offer (over list) by Sunday evening. Good thing too, because even with no open house we had well over a dozen showings in a short weekend. Obviously results are the biggest factor and Renee got them. Still, when you are buying and selling a house you need great communication. This is another area I have to highlight because we were never sitting around waiting on a response. Constant updates, quick replies to texts, exactly what we needed. She knows tons of people in Lake Highlands and does a great job working her connections. Renee didn't let us short change ourselves on the buy side or the sell side. She was great representation and I'd highly recommend working with her on your next real estate transaction.
