•Erica was with us from day one and when we decided on what we felt we had found the best house for our family she went to bat to get us the best deal. She was dedicated and professional at the same time. She went to great lengths to make this deal work and in the end she won and we now are moving into our new home. I don't think this would have happened without Erica and her tenacity and communication on both sides with the seller and us. There are no words to explain what a wonderful and knowledgeable realtor she is and we appreciate her and feel we made a new friend.
