•I have worked with Rise Realty for several years through a business I work for. Out of all the realtors I have known I chose this team. Jonathon Long, Eric Livermore, and Chad Joy are great to work with. Most of my contact was with Jonathon Long. I was kept me informed of every step and they held my hand when I got discouraged as this transaction was a little more complicated than most home sales. My options were clearly discussed and I had the final say as to which path I felt was the best to follow. The recommendations given were helpful and I never felt pressured into following any particular suggestion. Regular texts and phone calls helped keep me in the loop. Not only did they help me sell my parents house but they helped my youngest daughter and her husband buy their first house. I highly recommend using Rise Realty for any home selling or buying needs. I will use them again if I ever need any advice or am ready to sell my home.
