We were living in Tucson AZ and had been for 3 years in a tiny 430 sqft apartment but just couldn't find a forever home. We decided to try to find something around the Orlando area and be closer to family but like I said we were in Arizona. From the first day Hamid made us feel comfortable and told me I got you. We had talked to other realtors but noone seemed interested in helping because we were looking to stay under $200K. I guess most people look at that as investment property but Hamid went in like a bull. He managed to get us more house than we were counting on. Hamid found us a 3 bed 2 bath with a den for me to work from home and did it all within our price range, it had even been mostly remodeled. When we became frustrated with our lender Hamid stepped in and got us together with a loan agent who put it all together and it flowed like a dream. Now keep in mind we were in Tucson and actually bought sight unseen in Leesburg FL but it turned out to be exactly what we wanted and expected. We even had to put off coming to Leesburg an extra 3 weeks because of my job but Hamid secured the house and had the key ready for me when I got here. I am forever grateful to Hamid for putting it together from a loan to remote signing of paperwork and getting it done for us faster than we thought possible. I would recommend anyone looking for a property in and around Orlando to get ahold of Abdelhamid Dgirni I know I am sure glad I did. Even though we were looking for a low end property he treated us like we were looking for a million dollar home. He delivered on everything he promised and then some.
