Lindsey sets the bar extremely high for real estate agents! From answering questions at any time of day or night in a prompt manner to even working on her birthday, I cannot think of a time in my life I received better service. In finding our new home, she kept us in the loop about properties before they were even on the market. When we finally found the property of our dreams, she moved swiftly and effectively. Our offer was in the same day it went on the market before any others and accepted in the next few days. Lindsey is well-liked in the real estate community, which makes transactions easier and smoother. Our inspector even commented on how lucky we were to have such a great agent. And we definitely felt lucky! In selling our old home, she had it on the market the day after our offer was accepted on the new home. She had a professional photographer come that took stunning, beautiful photos. Lindsey accommodated our busy schedule with three kids and since we were going to be out of town that weekend, she had an open house with gorgeous flyers and a wonderful write-up of our property. She had also spread the word throughout the real estate community. Our property received an offer in the next few days and we were in escrow within a week. Lindsey's negotiating skills were top-notch. We got the asking price on our old property and our new property offer was accepted the first time around. She also worked well with our mortgage company and kept our broker in the loop so we didn't have to be the middlemen. She took the time to talk to myself and my husband separately about what was going on when he was at work. He really appreciated being kept in the loop from her. In the end, Lindsey helped us buy our new home and close our old one in one smooth process. We couldn't be more grateful to her.
