•Richard Caley is a consummate professional in a field where there is a lot of incompetence. Most real estate agents have failed at something else and adopted real estate as a fallback career. Mr. Caley would be a success in whatever endeavor he pursues. He was able to help us navigate a complex two-property transaction that had pricing and timing wrinkles. He pushed the buyer's lender to perform on time and kept the process on track when vendors chosen by other parties in the transactions failed to live up to expectations and performance standards. He is a good negotiator and has a better feel for economics and market pricing than the typical Realtor.
