She has a large network of connections which helped us collaborate with a General Contractor, Handyman, Loan Officer, and Home Maintenance Companies to make sure we were purchasing the right home for us. Ruthanne understands today’s market, which helped us see the value (or not) in the homes we were looking at. On top of all this she is absolutely lovely to work with! Ruthanne is honest, eager to help, and always responsive! I 100% felt I had a friend helping me through the process of finding the best home for my family. Ruthanne sold our home in record time. She held open houses, worked with buyers from out of town and in town. Ruthanne went above and beyond what most agents would do. She actually helped in decorating our home in order to sell it. She has a great eye for detail and great taste. Ruthanne also followed up on many final issues between contract and closing to help facilitate the sale. She truly takes pride in her profession. I would highly recommend her to sell your property of any kind.

I flew down from NJ and had only 2 days to look at houses. Wanda made them worthwhile! She spent the entire days with us, and though it was an exhausting 2 days we found our house! Wanda took us to the houses I asked her, as well as finding some that I hadn’t seen in my search. She was patient and extremely helpful with us throughout the process as well, right up until closing and even beyond. This was especially helpful considering we lived 1000 miles away! I highly recommend her!

Looking for a first home, in the right place and staying in budget, was not the easiest task, especially when houses were and still are selling the day they are put on the market.
