Bekka Boskovick was our realtor in Melbourne Florida in searching for our new home. We tortured Bekka for over a year as we searched for the prefect home but she always responded to our messages and texts. She understood our needs and was always more than willing to help. Calling us back within a short time frame to schedule different homes to see and we saw a lot of different homes. She was very patient and pleasant with us, but at the same time relentless when it came to getting the information we needed to make the right decision. Christa was patient and knowledgeable about the market. We went through so many homes in a couple of months. By the second week, she sent me listings that I was always eager to see and enjoyed the viewings. Christa gave good advise, had insight that was informative in relation to what I was looking for and of coarse my budget. We looked at more than 10 listings and had amazing times and lots of laughs. Overall, she brought coffee, and food depending on the time of day. An awesome lady!! I gained a wonderful realtor whom I can refer people to. Most of all I gained a friend!! She is an asset.

Christa went above and beyond selling this lot for my sister. Her marketing skills are second to none and exceeded my expectations. Christa spent hours researching specific aspects of the lot as requested by several perspective buyers. Her research satisfied all inquiries of an interested buyer, and an offer was made. Though the seller lived in New England, she coordinated with all interested parties to complete the final sale documents; the distance posed no obstacle for Christa to "get the job done". Christa, is a dedicated real estate agent who always keeps her clients interests in mind and diligently ensures all facets of a transaction are attended to. She has a thorough knowledge of her job, communicates effectively and is a pleasure to work with. Christa listed a home for a friend of mine and successfully saw the transaction through from start to finish. The home posed a few challenges that were discovered during the house inspection. Christa, was very creative in working with the seller, the buyer, the county and a couple contractors to resolve those challenges to the satisfaction of all parties. The sale of the home completed successfully thanks to Christa's creativity, her communication skills, thorough knowledge of real estate laws and requirements and her enduring desire to "get the job done".
