Heath was totally awesome to work with on selling our property in Arizona. We lived out of state and were not familiar with any agents and he was referred to us by a friend in the area. Heath was a great choice. He went over and above in helping us with the entire sale process. Helped us with clearing items in the house and ideas to enhance the selling of the house. He communicated with us on a daily basis and any of the process we had questions on he handled in total detail. Due to his hard work and knowledge he handled the sale of the home without any travel needed from us back to Arizona. Working with Heath was so easy and his personality is such a delight that a great friendship was made also.

Heath was a recommendation from a friend, and I couldn't have been happier! Heath researched the neighborhoods of houses I wanted to look at to make sure they were safe and what I was looking for. As both a single woman and newer to the area, I really appreciated that he was thinking about my safety and comfort about the surrounding areas. Also, he is very knowledgeable about construction and remodeling houses, so he was able to tell me if work that had been done on a house was done correctly. Aside from all of this, Heath has a great sense of humor and is fun to hang out with.

I am delighted and privileged to tell you about Heath Sullivan, my realtor to start with and now a lifelong friend. Heath took on the task of guiding and advising me through the, very emotional and difficult process of selling my home of 24 years. He worked diligently to make this process as easy and seamless as possible. As a real estate agent Heath is one of the hardest working people I know. He held open houses, helped schedule trades people to inspect and provide services as needed then showed up for support when workers came to the house. Heath helped with moving furniture and staging. He spent hours on the phone patiently answering questions and clarifying aspects of the selling process I didn’t understand. Heath kept the lines of communication open, so I always knew what was going on. He was accessible and he responded to text messages and phone calls almost immediately. Heath continuously researched , followed and monitored the market, as it changed and he worked with colleagues to ensure that every facet of the sell of my home was handled quickly and efficiently.
