•Freddy was so great to work with! I have already recommend him to friends and would recommend him to anyone searching for an agent. I had a tiny budget and an annoyingly undefined timeline and Freddy still treated me like I was his most important client! He was so quick to respond to me whenever I reached out. He got showings scheduled quickly and when I needed them. He bared with me seeing quite a few properties and even revisiting some a second time so I could feel really confident. He was great at not making me feel pressured or rushed, but making sure I moved at an appropriate pace for this crazy market. When it came to closing, he was great at helping me negotiate some post inspection issues and got me the final deal I wanted! And when the sellers left a bunch of old, gross paint and stain etc. behind, rather than making me wait for them to come get rid of it, which we worried they wouldn't, he just took care of it for me. Even after closing when his job was done, he still reached out a few times to make sure I was happy and feeling good about everything. And went WAY above and beyond to bring me and my family lunch (Chinese Food!!) on a day that we were doing some remodeling before moving in! Freddy is kind, and helpful and a pleasure to work with! 10/10!!
