I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. This was my first purchase in a completelydifferent state. Clayton was a joy to work with. I mean he snagged my place off market! That speaks volumes. Moving from Chicago to Phoenix was scary but Clayton made it as easy/smooth as possible. I highly recommend him. Very knowledgeable andmade sure I knew what to expect every step of the process. Had a small hiccup witha loan but cleared it up within a week and thanks to Clayton I didn’t lose the property. Will gladly use him again in the future

I lucked out getting Clayton as my realtor! He made buying a home from another state seem like an easy task in a crazy market. Claytons responses were always timely, he was great at answering all of my first time home buyer questions, and he went above and beyond to help get a deal done for me. Clayton was incredible to work with. He took a great interest in my personal wants for my first home. Learning my taste, style, and all the particulars of what I was looking for in a home. He was always available for a conversation and viewings, and he fought for the best price in my closing. He keep me updated regularly, and was always there with helpful advice. I couldn’t of asked for a better home buying experience, and I owe that to all the help Clayton provided.

My wife and I worked with Clayton for almost one year before we bought our property in Scottsdale as a winter home. He was incredibly patient with us, diligent and professional throughout all steps of the process, and genuinely a nice person and exceptional realtor. I highly recommend him.

Clayton provided excellent services in marketing and selling my condo. Not only did the property sell at a superior price, the listing was only up for three weeks. Clayton went above and beyond in supporting this sale by also managing several contractors during the listing period while I was out of town. I was indeed fortunate in having the opportunity to work with Clayton on this significant undertaking.

Clayton is the BEST! I am a resident of California and was in need of an expert in 1031 exchanges as I had never completed this type of transaction before. Clayton came highly recommended by a friend and I will be forever grateful for that lead. He took me through the entire process long-distance with ease and efficiency. In one full, organized day of touring Scottsdale, I was able to find the perfect property! He was incredibly responsive by phone, text and email anytime of the day - 6AM calls were not off-limits! Clayton is a true professional. Did I mention he is delightful to be around and has also climbed Mt. Everest?
