To bring meaningful context to my review of Amanda as a Realtor, I must first provide a bit of background on the reviewer. I was a Colorado Realtor for 9 years, a private landlord for 30 and have rehabbed 50 properties. As such, I know the difference between a good agent and one just marking time. Amanda went the extra mile for our recent Fort Myers purchase from start to finish. And, I must say, she earned every dollar she was paid and then some (she even floated a canoe in the creek behind the house to verify water depth!!). Her knowledge of the area was extremely helpful. Her level-headed demeanor and attention to detail were instrumental in keeping the deal together. She showed care, compassion and a high degree of initiative usually found in only the top 10% of busy real estate practices. However, you will work directly with Amanda, not a "team member." On a personal note, she somehow manages to juggle the rigors of her busy practice, but still finds time to dedicate to her family and her faith and I consider her a friend. Stop looking for an agent, because you've found one in Amanda!
