Vinh was super friendly, knowledgeable about the DFW area. I worked with Vinh as an out of state buyer and within our first call, he gave me a great overview about the area. That greatly helped me quickly gain knowledge about different neighborhoods, communities. He understood my requirements and preferences, so he helped further narrow down the areas I should focus in. Throughout the process, he also went out of his way to visit these potential communities, recorded detailed videos on different models in different communities. These points are extremely crucial for an out of state buyer, being not familiar with the area at all. His recommendations greatly sped up my research. When I visited DFW, Vinh was also super friendly. He took his time to drive me around various cities so I could get the feeling of different areas. We were able to close on the home quickly, all thanks to Vinh! I highly recommend Vinh, especially if you are an out of state buyer. If you are an investor looking for an investment property, Vinh also offered great promotions and support to list and manage the property.
