We originally hired Kelli to sell our property...

We originally hired Kelli to sell our property out in Boyd once we renovated it after our renter had destroyed it. While renovating Kelli had many people interested and were waiting on us to complete. Then COVID hit and we shifted gears on her by deciding to keep our newly renovated property and selling our home in Grapevine. This didn't slow her down at all, within a week the house was listed. We were a little concerned with several homes in the neighborhood, including a close neighbor, with for sale signs up but we shouldn't of been. During a pandemic Kelli had families looking at the house in no time. She had an open house that put our neighbors realtor to shame, and the house sold close to our asking price in 52 days! Our old neighbors home is still up for sale and several others have taken theirs off the market. I would highly recommend Kelli to anyone because I know she will put her all into it and find a buyer or a new home for you!
