As buyers, we appreciate the low-pressure search process. He only shares homes that meet our requirement, not randomly picked. He kept us posted through the search and close process. When we need to make an offer, he acts quickly and provides valuable suggestions on the offer terms. His knowledge of the market and care to details make the offer process very easy. He knows how to strategize our offer and negotiate. What says better than the fact that he helped us secure a house even if our offer was not the highest price and made a close within 2 weeks! While walking the house and brainstorming how to reconfigure the floor plan to do what we wanted, Sy had some really good ideas that we are now implementing. I was very impressed with his ideas since me and my dad are both experienced contractors that have renovated quite a few houses and Sy’s ideas hadn't crossed our minds . Sometimes a good insight at the right time can be priceless. We have worked with Sy on 3 real estate transactions now over the last few years and I would highly recommend him.
