Suzan is quite knowledgeable of the real state Jacksonville area, and beyond. She, and her husband Doug, really helped us and went the extra mile so we could visit as many properties that fit our preference as possible in a short period given our tight deadline. They did not hesitate at all when any time another option became available to take us there - adjusting their plans to serve nd help. Her passion and professionalism in real estate and guidance for us was superb, in addition to keeping us constantly informed and coordinating with our realtor in the Tampa Bay area while selling our property there Suzan and Doug did as much FaceTime with us for multiple processes, including attending the home inspection in Jacksonville and sharing live the findings and allowing us to ask questions to the inspector directly. The coordination between Susan and our realtor in Tampa and with the lender in Jacksonville was so well timed and precise for such that we were able to close in both places in the same week, 2 days apart !!! She and Doug were really caring for us, and went beyond and above at every step of the buying process to closing, and following up after wards. If needing real state services in the Jacksonville area, definitely, but definitely, do consider Suzan as she will put above 100% in efforts and care
