Erin was fantastic to work with! She walked us through every step of the process, very patiently. She started with compiling a list of improvements/fixes we made to the house, and talked to other realtors in the area to gain insight on recent listings. From there, sure put together a great listing for us. She was with us every step of the way, and always had our best interests at heart -- even though we were on a compressed timeline to sell the house, she always worked to make sure we were getting the best value for it. When we did get an offer, as she predicted, it was a bidding war! She did a great job managing the situation, and we were never stressed. During the rest of the process, she even went so far as to talk to contractors about completing the fixes the buyers had requested. It was a huge help, as we had a crazy schedule! From the initial listing all the way to the closing table, Erin did a fantastic job of managing everyone's expectations, and keeping all of us on the same page. This is the second time Erin has helped us with a house, and we'll use her again in the future!
