•You never know how much you need to trust your real estate agent until you have the experience of buying or selling property. We were selling our parents house because my mother passed away in 2013 and my father in October 2019. Selling a home for this reason adds a level of reality that they are gone. I add this to say it probably made it even more challenging for the realtor because of that level of emotion. Deborah stayed even keeled with us, never showed anything but caring and patience through the process. We were the selling a house 101's. We didn't know a whole lot except that my mother and father worked hard for their house. They were in that house over 50 years and we wanted to get the most that we could because it was there's, it was what they worked for. It was a fixer upper but to us it was more. Deborah was kind and did i say patient? There is emotion selling or buying a home and she was right there with us. She helped and encouraged us every step of the way. I had to share so much so you could get the real gist of what a great realtor she is. She really took some of the sting of selling the house. We will be forever grateful and hope that that she prospers greatly.
