As first time home buyers, we had a very vague idea of what to expect when purchasing a house. Deb was absolutely amazing and walked us through every aspect of purchasing a home before even beginning to look at houses. When looking at houses she offered her expert opinion and pointed out many structural issues or potential problems we would have overlooked. She was always available via phone, text or email if we had any questions or wanted to set up a viewing. Deb took the time with us and we often felt like we were her only clients. She was very patient and was able to set up as many viewings as we wanted before finding the perfect house. Deb is the best! She tooks us out numberous times in the very slow market and was very patient with us. The house we ended up purchasing was trashed at first, but we really liked the layout. Deb kept watch on the property and notified us when the seller cleaned it up. We took another look and decided to put an offer in. The inspection came back with some issues. Deb worked with the seller's agent and was able to come to an agreement quickly and to our benefit. Deb was with us every step of the way.
