Mindy was sensational! She was candid with us about all of the details, educated us about the finer points of some of the contract terms (and did a great job of getting a developer's rep to acknowledge the concern - she was persistent in all the right ways, and it really felt like she had our best interests in mind - and was expediant and communicative about everything throughout the process. I have already referred another friend who is looking to move from the northeast, like we did...and the couple who recommended Mindy to us did too. She was quick to address any questions we had about trade-offs from one town to another, and didn't waste our time by looking all over the place at homes we weren't going to be interested in. I genuinely cannot think of a single critique about Mindy. She even wore expensive shoes through construction clay to help us see if a new development was comparable to a neighborhood we favored. It was, and we purchased it. We've been here for a few months now, and could not be happier. Mindy made the house buying process as stress free as I could possibly imagine.
