I was born and raised in Port Washington, WI. I grew up on the same family farm my family has owned since 1948, and it is where my wife, Melissa, and I have been raising our 4 kids since 2008. I received a bachelor's degree from St. Norbert College in 1998, and then spent 6 years teaching 5th grade for the Archdiocese of Milwaukee. I moved back to Port in 2005 when I got married and began my real estate career. In 2007, I became co-owner, along with my 2 brothers Tom and Mike, of RE/MAX United. Since 2005 I have personally brokered over 500 real estate transactions, as well as overseeing thousands more for the company which sells about 450 properties per year. I do have a Wisconsin appraiser's license which I use part-time with a few local lenders and attorneys. I value the opportunity to educate all my clients with the realities and the complexities of a real estate sale so they can make the best informed decision to benefit themselves.

Josh Pierringer is a fourth-generation Port Washington resident and a dedicated member of the Tom Didier Team at RE/MAX United. Before transitioning into real estate, Josh spent 23 years building a successful career in sales and management with VIP in Cedarburg, Wisconsin. Since joining the Tom Didier Team in 2016, he has applied those relationship-building, customer service, and leadership skills to help buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals. Known for his personable approach, market knowledge, and attention to detail, Josh genuinely enjoys guiding clients through every step of the home buying and selling process. He understands that every transaction is unique and takes pride in helping clients navigate important decisions with confidence. Outside of real estate, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife, Lynn, with whom he has shared 26 wonderful years of marriage. Together they have two children: their daughter is pursuing her graduate studies at the University of Texas, and their son is a senior at the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater. Josh enjoys attending live music events, staying active, and spending quality time with his family. Josh has also been a longtime volunteer mentor through Big Brothers Big Sisters, helping make a positive impact in the lives of local youth. He believes strongly in giving back to the community that has given so much to him and his family. Karen has lived in the Port Washington community for the last 30 years. She earned a BA in Education and later went to earn an MA of Administration. She has taught at the PWSSD for 30 years as a music instructor, where she developed connections with many families of the community. Karen excels at listening and understanding. She is exceptionally hardworking, energetic and looking forward to working with you.
