Excellent Real Estate Agent

Excellent assistance. Very responsive to customer concerns and needs. Glendia goes the second mile to make sure the process towards closing is prompt and easy for the customer. Made sure documents were accurate and signed when need be. Provided e sign for documents. Keeps the customer very informed of each step needed and made sure all documents needed were accessible to customer. Courteous and polite. Maintained good communication with lender and mortgage loan officer. Very respectful and helpful. Also the Homeowners Records Portfolio presenter to me at time of closing was very appreciated and very thoughtful and something very useful and handy.
