About half way through my lease I came into a personal and financial hardship and had no choice but to break my lease. My agent seemed SO concerned for my situation and confirmed several times that I would not be financially penalized for my decision (other than losing my deposit) and told me “everything would be ok”. After said agent sold me my new house and made her commission, One month later with an 8,400 bill, I found those words to be untrue. I now know and can confirm with other reviews that this company is deceitful, dishonest and untrustworthy

Wow, where to begin. We were first-time home buyers and didn't even know where to start. Teresa gave us the guidance that every first time home buyers need. She helped us every step of the way. She is extremely easy to get in contact with and returns messages promptly. This woman pours her heart into what she does. She's not just in it for the money and was there to help us find the home of our dreams. She helped us find a home that fit everything we requested: Columbia County, hardwood floors, all electric and large back yard and all within our budget. She was honest and I never felt like she was just talking up a house just to sell it. She was very straight forward and kept our needs in mind. I would recommend Teresa and ONLY Teresa to anyone.
