To me, there is very little that is pleasant about selling a home and moving, particularly after living there for almost 20 years and loving the place. However, throughout the repairing, showing, negotiating, decision-making, packing, junk removal and closing, Sherri was there, always smiling and pleasant and most of all, helpful! She had great resources for us, providing excellent people to help us along the way, from a skilled carpenter to a reasonable septic service. While we didn’t get quite as much as we wanted for the house, we sold it in record time in a difficult market. And the buyers are a great couple who seem to love the house almost as much as we did.
