Tracy Amaya is a real estate broker, which means she is more knowledgeable than just being a realtor. Her experience really showed when she got me a higher price, helped me stage and make changes in the house, and helped me choose the best and highest offer in a week. Charlotte was extremely helpful. I moved from Virginia and contacted her two months prior to coming down. She continuously followed up with me to ensure my arrival date hadn't changed so shed could have properties lined up for me to look at the day of my arrival. She help me throughout the whole process, she lead me in the direction of key people that would be involved and stuck with me until everything was complete and I was satisfied.
