We found Nancy from a home that was for sale for months near the houses we were selling. Once her sign went up it was pending within a couple days. So we new she was the one for us to help sell our homes. Her suggestions were right on and her stager was great. The photos she had taken were absolutely perfect. We were extremely please with what both houses sold for. One was sold for asking price in less than a week and the other was sold over asking price in a day. I’ve been an agent 32 years and can count on less than one hand the agents I’ve felt were exceptional at what we do, and Nancy is one.
