Nancy Bartlebaugh was very professional. She worked diligently to get my house on the market and sold along with honest and open communication. Ms. Bartlebaugh made sure she did everything she could to sell my house. I have and would highly recommend her! Sincerely, Jaci Stein

Nancy's knowledge and experience is what got us our house. She listened to what we wanted and found us the perfect fit. From the first day I met Nancy, she has been honest, prompt and she is exceptional at her craft. I recommend Nancy to everyone I know. We have worked with Nancy for a few months, owned our house for 1 month, she takes the time if I have questions to follow through and help us. I didn't just find a realtor in this process, I found a friend.

Nancy has been excellent with helping us sell our house. She is very knowledgeable about the area and what people are looking for. She's quick to respond and has many times had to relay the same information to both me and my husband since my husband has already relocated. She has been nothing but patient and understanding any time we get confused or frustrated. I would highly recommend her to all of my friends and family. She is awesome!

Nancy was very helpful to my husband and I when we were looking for our first home. She was patient and understanding with our requirements in a house and was available for every showing. We always felt that she had our best interest at heart during the negotiation process. Home buying was a scary thought for us and Nancy made the process easy and comfortable!

Nancy Bartlebaugh is THE reason my husband and I were able to sell our home and buy our dream house. She is incredibly knowledgeable, level-headed, and helpful! Throughout the overwhelming real estate process, she was there for us. We will recommend Nancy to everyone we know!

My wife and I had Nancy recommended to us thru our Quicken Loans officer. He had her call us and she was happy and eager to help us find our new home. She knew the area we were looking in and the home values. She took us to see any home we asked to see. She told us when it was not safe to go into a home with mold. We felt very secure in her care. Nancy helped us negotiate a fair offer for our house. She also insisted that repairs were made before our closing date. Nancy worked hard and tirelessly to help us. She made this whole experience a very calm and satisfying time for both of us. We have already told several people who will be home buying in the near future, about Nancy and recommended her highly.

We had a few problems with the house we were selling. Nancy got us through these by recommending fast and inexpensive contractors to get the house ready to sell. She also gave us very good advice for preparing our house for viewings. These made the house show very well, which in turn helped it sell very quickly. She marketed the house very well which led to 10-12 showings each week.

There isn't enough I can say about Nancy and her expertise in the real estate industry. She handled every aspect of our home purchase professionally and with great detail. We had such an amazing experience with Nancy that when my mother-in-law and sister were selling their homes, they immediately called Nancy! Needless to say both family members sold their homes right away and were equally as pleased with Nancy's knowledge and professionalism. In my opinion, there is no one better in the business that Nancy!

I had such an amazing experience with Nancy purchasing my first house. I wanted this condo and she made it happen. Banks didn't want to loan on condos and she found one bank out of a million that would give a loan on them because the condo association was so bad. Needless to say I got the condo and I'm very happy here and I highly recommend nancy as a realtor she made sure I got exactly what I wanted and was always available to help.

Nancy is the best realtor you'll find. Her expertise and knowledge of property values, quality, and conditions of homes is just the beginning. She gets to know the buyer and what they want and need in terms of a property and then she sets out to find it for them. She was easy to contact and went above and beyond what other realtors do. Her knowledge of the market and loan programs was impressive as well. I have recommended her to family and friends, and they too were extremely happy with her and their home purchases.

Nancy was a pleasure to work with. I'd recommend her to anyone. We told her what we were looking for and she helped us find our dream home in a very short period of time. She was very honest and we never had to wait long to hear back from her on anything. I'd use Nancy again!
