My experience with Derrick has been fantastic! He is both professional and personable!

Derrick helped me prepare for sale and guided the process to completion with great professionalism.

Derrick first impressed me with his knowledge of the market in general, but specifically my home and the dynamics in the neighborhood. He helped me identify things that I could do to enhance top features of my home, then he marketed effectively for a fast sale. It was a great blessing to have Derrick at my side.

Sold so fast!
