Ms. Iris Orlinski is without a doubt one of the most gifted professionals in her field. In our first meeting, she was prepared with comps, brought me information that I would need to know, and she was personable and approachable. During the sale process, her advice previous to the Open House, her help when we ran into some bumps in the road, and her steady guidance kept me from making some serious mistakes. I always knew I could trust her expertise, and I enjoyed getting to know her during the process. Even during the closing, she was looking out for me, catching things in the proposed contract that Ineither I nor my closing agent caught. She is an outstanding professional and a compassionate human being. I recommend her highly.
