Anna narrowed down exactly what we were looking for so we didn’t waste our time with properties that we wouldn’t be interested in. A true professional!

Anna really knows the market in the Blairsville area. She was able to pinpoint homes that would meet our needs. Since we live 14 hours away, she also videoed homes. She was always available via text etc.

Never missed a beat. Perfect all the way through negotiations, purchase, and local knowledge.

Anna was quick with communicating, we never felt like she was pushing anything on us, she did her best to understand what we wanted and brought us to it. very friendly and personable. Very knowledgeable of the process once it was time to negotiate and buy. She is a keeper!! Highly recommended.

Anna Davis is a personable, professional real estate agent.

Anna is a personable, attentive agent. She understood what I was looking for and directed me to only the sites in which I had an interest. Once the contract was signed, she continued to help, setting up the inspection, arranging the closing lawyer, and even picked me up for closing. Anna made herself available whenever I texted or called. Anna made the whole purchasing process enjoyable.

Anna went above and beyond to help us move from another state

Anna went above and beyond to help us move from another state. She put in 110% and was the absolute best. We have been loooking for 2 years and she never made us feel like we were putting her out even when obstacles were in our way.
