As a first-time home buyer, I was very nervous about the entire process. I also was working with a very complicated 1st time homebuyer program with A LOT of red tape. Laura went above and beyond helping me narrow down the type of home and location while helping me navigate a lot of red tape. The program at times felt impossible to navigate but Laura asked the right questions and was always 2 steps ahead. Laura also provided several resources that allowed me to make informed decisions. She listened to my needs vs. wants in a home and was able to find me everything that I needed and wanted in a home. I was clueless at the start of my house search process and now I have much more knowledge about being a homeowner. I am forever grateful of the amount of time and dedication that Laura took to make this happen for me and my son. Not only am I closer to family but I have the perfect home! If you are looking for a realtor that is detailed oriented, very knowledge, passionate, and the strength to get you through a crazy market look no further. Laura is the BEST realtor hands down.

I found Debbie to be very knowledgeable of the real estate market in the Flushing area. She was very helpful with her advice on how to best present our property. She handled any issue that arose very professionally and always had our best interests in mind. Her marketing approach to our property was spot-on and showcased the best features of the property in order to get the attention of potential buyers. Overall, I think she did a great job.
