Julia helped us buy our family home in Ellijay, GA. We sent her a list of homes and after viewing them all she showed us a listing that had went on the market that day she thought we might like based on our preferences. We fell in love with the home and put in an offer that night and now we've been here for a few months and are so happy. She was super responsive, professional, detailed, personable, and fair. She also recommended a good bank when ours was unresponsive. I can't say enough good things about Julia and her team. If you are buy in or around Ellijay, especially within Coosawattee, Julia is the realtor you want!

Imagine you had a property that you needed to sell, but you needed to sell it for the highest price in the shortest time. 99% of the time, you would need to choose EITHER highest price OR shortest time. "Listing" with Julia Krusac meant my wife and I didn't have to choose. I said "listing" because our vacant lot was never actually listed. All we did was sign a listing agreement, and Julia brought us a buyer the next day. She didn't stop there. Julia also brought us a soil test engineer, an attorney to close the sale, and a home designer for another lot we are developing for sale. As house flippers and landlords in Florida dealing with realtors every day, we are far from easily impressed. Julia, thank you for a rare, 1% of the time experience selling our mountain lot in Coosawattee River Resort. We are anxious for our cabin to be finished so we can list it with you. Wait....do you already have a buyer? 😂

Julia stands out in every way possible as a realtor! She is very knowledgeable of the industry, an excellent negotiator, patient with first-time buyers/sellers, and competent with all the legal and administrative details of real estate in Georgia. Her mind is sharp and able to think creatively and outside the box to find solutions for her clients. She is a team player, classy, and at the same time, she fights for you to get the best deal while maintaining integrity and humor. Julia has a gift of making a potentially very stressful life event fun! It's obvious that she loves her work, and that it's not really a job for her, but a passion, something she was born to do. We are so grateful to have had her as our realtor. It was our first time selling a home, and we were selling at a distance on top of that. At each step of the process, Julia reached out proactively to inform, update and guide us. Even when things were at a standstill, she would reach out to let us know, so that we were never in the dark. We always felt like we were in good hands and enjoyed peace of mind.
