There’s not enough space to rave about how awesome Michelle is on all fronts! She’s a pit bull in her marketing and will make sure your home gets seen across many platforms and advertisements, suggests honest and helpful tweaks and feedback from showings, quick & clear communication, & got our cabin sold in just the right time! She does what it takes to make sure that potential buyers have the best experience during their showings and that your home will shine it’s best to ensure top dollar offers. If you don’t hire Michelle, you’re definitely losing money!

My wife and I are from Florida and we’re looking for a mountain retreat in north Georgia. Terry Ledford and his wife provided the best real estate experience I’ve ever had. They knew all my wishes and my budget, and made it happen. He was very professional in every aspect. He even offered his own time to meet a utility provider at my new place after we had already closed. He’s truly about building relationships. I highly recommend, and will be using him again.

I have used Terry for my real estate needs for over 12 years. I have bought 2 properties with this help and sold 6 properties with Terry being the listing agent. His knowledge, assistance, and service has been great.

I would highly recommend Michelle to anyone I know. We were so very happy with all that she did for us to get our house sold. We felt like we had good communication with her and there was never a time that we felt alone in the process. We are so very thankful for her efforts. She exceeded our expectations. This was our 8th move using a realtor and by far this was our best experience and that is due to Michelle's diligence and excellence in her field. She brings authenticity and you get that she genuinely cares about her clients and it is more than just a paycheck for her. We consider ourselves blessed for having Michelle represent us.

I can’t speak highly enough of Michelle when it comes to helping us secure our new home! She was attentive, knowledgeable, patient, and friendly! She made a complicated process MUCH simpler. We’ve been in our home about three months now and we’re loving it! I highly recommend using Michelle Miller for your real estate needs!

Terry helped us arrive at the correct price point to ask for our property. He had a good knowledge of the market and submitted a successful counter offer that was accepted by the buyer. Our experience with Terry was all positive. We will be glad to recommend him to any others buying or selling in the Blue Ridge/Ellijay area. Thanks, Terry!

Terry was able to sell a lot in Coosawattee I have been making payments on for years AND net me $3500 in my account after commission and closing costs- I have him helping me now with two lots I own in another community there!

We had Ellijay property listed with another agency for 2 years. They sold one property and we felt they had not negotiated on our behalf with the buyer's agent, as we were stuck with all closing fees etc. It also took going through the sales process 3x, before they selected a buyer who actually showed up to the table. We also received a tax bill on that property a year later, so we know our closing hadn't been handled correctly. We contacted the agency and they said that getting a tax bill after a sale was 'normal'. I wonder if our second notice is normal as well? We let the contract lapse with that agency and wondered what to do. We received a letter from Terry and he asked us to list with him. It was a leap of faith as I've never met Terry. I gotta continue believing there are good people out there, in spite of our last experience and everything going on in the world. So we listed after agreeing to terms of sale via email. Terry was the only agent in this transaction. Many would caution not to do this, but my leap of faith worked out. I felt he handled the transaction very fairly, professionally, and actually KNOWS the property values in the area. He worked on our behalf, and I'll bet the buyer is just as happy. We need more Terrys in the world.

Great experience with Terry in my purchase of the property in Elijah. We was friendly and knowledgeable about the area and made my son and I feel comfortable as we walked the property. If your hoping to find the right lot in the Elijah area I highly recommend Terry
