Lisa was born and raised in Torrington, WY. After moving to Berthoud, CO in 1997, she met her husband Kolbe. They have 3 children, Addison, Wyatt and Shaylee, who all attended Berthoud schools. In 2014 she joined the team at RE/MAX Town & Country.

Amber began her Real Estate career in 2021 as a Broker Associate after spending the 11 years as a nail technician. She has experience working in the Vail/Longmont/Berthoud environments in the luxury service industries building on her customer service, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills. Bryant relocated to Colorado from Texas in 2018 and has proudly called Berthoud home since 2020. He and his wife, Brianna, are raising their children, Idris and Araali, in the community they now serve through relationships, service, and local involvement.
Before becoming a Realtor, Bryant led and developed large teams at Amazon and Target, managing multimillion-dollar operations with a focus on structure, accountability, long-term thinking, and team development. He has also served as President of the Board of Directors for House of Neighborly Service and coaches youth football and basketball with 5030 Sports. For Bryant, investing in community and investing in real estate are closely connected — both require commitment and responsibility.
With family roots in Louisiana and 23 years spent living in Texas, he understands relocation and major life transitions firsthand. Buying or selling a home carries real weight, and he approaches every transaction with preparation, clear communication, and steady follow-through from start to finish.

I make my living serving the community I love. I am a strong believer in continuing education, and I believe that being involved in my community and my industry are the foundations of success. I was named the 2006 REALTOR of the Year by Loveland/Berthoud Assn of REALTORS. I started my real estate career in 1993 and have served as Managing Broker since 2005. I'm involved in all facets of real estate brokerage including resale residential, new residential sales, vacant land, land development, commercial/industrial sales and leasing and property management. A lifelong Berthoud resident and CSU graduate, I've served as President of the Loveland/Berthoud Association of REALTORS and Director of the Colorado Association of REALTORS. Currently, I serve on the Berthoud Fire Protection District’s Board of Directors and the IRES (MLS) Board of Managers. My wife, Misha and I have two children, Maryn and Nate.
Lori is a long-time resident of the Front Range. Her background is in marketing, but real estate is her passion. Lori and her husband have spent years successfully investing in real estate across the Front Range. They have three adult children who grew up in Boulder County. Lori enjoys the Colorado lifestyle and has an appreciation for the cities and cultural activities of Northern Colorado. In her spare time Lori enjoys gardening and painting landscapes. One of the best!
Anne helped us get through one of the most challenging purchases I have been a part of. The Listing agent gave us a number of curve balls and made it extremely challenging to meet certain requirements that we had. Ann was right there the entire time with excellent communication and helped us through the entire process. We were officially able to close last week!! Thank you Ann!

Knowledgeable, Caring, Detailed.
It's a tough real estate market right now and I needed a very good realtor to help guide me and help me make the right decision. Anne was there every step of the way. Very knowledgeable. Excellent communication. Yet super friendly and Very good through the negotiation process and all of the details that it takes to buy a home. I'm grateful for the way that Anne made the experience in a tough market as calm as it could possibly be.
