I cannot recommend Sean enough. We have bought two properties and sold one with Sean and all our transactions went smoothly in large part thanks to Sean’s dedication and attention to detail. We feel that we gained not only a good realtor but also a very good friend. If you are looking for someone trustworthy who will always be a text or a call away to answer any question you have, be patient and not pushy, and who can be not only an agent but a trusted advisor, there is no one better than Sean (trust me, we took a break from Sean and tried someone else...ended up going back to Sean after a few weeks and successfully bought a house a few says later.)

Sean went above and beyond. I was selling my condo apartment, while remaining 500 miles away. As an older person, I am vulnerable to getting a severe case of covid-19, so I refrained from traveling to the apartment to get it ready for sale, because of the pandemic. Sean took care of everything, including preparing the apartment for sale and even helping movers pack my stuff. All the while, he help me make the right decisions and gave me good advice. I can't imagine that I could have sold my apartment without his help.

Ken is a wonderful realtor. He and his team gave me great advice about preparing my house for sale. He knew my area and priced the house well. The photos and video posted on line showed all the lovely features of the house and property, and his narrative description was on target. We got a full price offer in one day, which we accepted. Ken helped me respond to the few items from the inspection, and we were able to settle quickly. During the process, Ken and his team stayed in touch, keeping me well informed. I could concentrate on saying farewell to my neighbors, packing, and moving because he and his team concentrated on selling my house.

Working with Sean was like having a real estate concierge service at my fingertips! I used him as a buyer's agent to purchase my 3rd house and he provided phenomenal service. He always answered a text or email within a few minutes...which is insane! I like to get a "feel" for a house and have a very deliberate thought process and he not once pushed me to make a decision. He did his due diligence for each house prior to us visiting it and provided a debrief of all items of note that would interest me (good and bad) before we walked through the door. He was an excellent negotiator as our offer was accepted exactly as it was submitted within 24 hours of it being presented to the sellers! We had a 60 day close but he maintained consistent contact with me even when there were no updates to share. I look forward to working with Sean in the future and if you want concierge level service I highly recommend you call him.

Sean was extremely helpful when I purchased an apartment for my mother. While I was looking he would immediately notify me when a new apartment was listed. The fact that he was so proactive helped me get an apartment I might have missed. He assisted through every aspect of the purchase and assured I got a fair price.
