Knowledgeable. Informative. Helpful. Brian was vital to our home buying process from across the country. Brian is exceptionally informed on the current market and all communities throughout Central Ohio. As a former contractor, he was able to advise on the structural integrity of all major systems of homes and taught us how to be discerning in order to make informed decisions. He also had many contacts within the building industry, which allowed us to begin work on the house we ultimately purchased before our move to Ohio. Finally, he's hilarious and is fun/easy to work with...which is always a plus for the amount of time it typically takes to find/purchase a home.
