Her calm and confident demeanor really helped us keep our anxieties at bay and helped us approach each step of this buying process more positively. She negotiated on our behalf to ensure all repairs were made and was very adamant that they would all get done in time! We were very impressed and appreciated that she followed up and chased answers with the selling agent, when things went quiet.
