I’m not sure if there are sufficient superlatives in the English language to accurately describe LAUREN DEEM! Lauren is a fantastic real estate agent only overshadowed by her character, integrity and work ethic. I was planning to sell my home in Fort Lauderdale but didn’t know where I was going to move. I was referred to Lauren by my agent who had my listing in Fort Lauderdale. So, my significant other and I drove to Clermont to meet with Lauren. Lauren spent the next few days showing us listings and new construction all over Central Florida. Ultimately, Lauren found a great deal on a new build in progress in Winter Haven, FL. that would be ready in about 4 months. Lauren negotiated a money back guarantee of my deposit should my house not sell in time. Well, my home in Ft. Lauderdale went to contract in a day. I was faced with the need to find a short-term rental somewhere nearby. But where. Lauren scoured Central Florida and found a very nice home in a gated neighborhood in Davenport, Fl about 30 miles from Winter Haven. Lauren even drove to Davenport to view the property first hand for us. Lauren assisted in negotiations in order to secure the most favorable terms for us. We lived in Davenport for 4 months and during that time Lauren was in constant contact with us and the builder. In addition, Lauren provided outstanding referrals for private home inspections, and screened handyman contacts in Winter Haven. Lauren made time to meet with us at every inspection and walkthrough in addition to closing. We don’t know how we would have fared without Lauren’s outstanding passion for our needs. SHE IS THE BEST. SHE IS TOTALLY AMAZING!! Anyone represented by Lauren Deem should know that she is the very best and feel lucky, as we do, to have Lauren on their side. She is also a dedicated wife, mom and athlete. SHE IS GREAT!!!!

Melissa’s knowledge of the Clermont area and all its neighborhoods was outstanding. When we first started working with her we were not even sure we were interested in buying. She was very patient with us, never pushy, and after our first day, we decided we wanted to live in Clermont. She stayed in touch as we sold our home in Naples and one moth later, we made am offer on our new home. She always gave us extraordinary advice. Our agent Maria Molina Was excellent very friendly caring and professional. She gave us step by step of the process. She became like family. She is awonderful person in general as an excellent real estate agent. There were no surprises and she explained everything. She said if we had any questions or clarification to just give her a call or send a text. Marking the house was also great photographer was friendly knowledgeable and personable.
